NEW LISTING! WATERFRONT -WESTCOTT BAY near ROCHE HARBOR! (Oyster Beach House).

This beautiful Northwest home was built in 2017, predominantly with wood selectively harvested from the property site. Resting on the water's edge with sweeping views of Westcott Bay this three bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect place to enjoy your time on San Juan Island. The house is on a quiet dead end road with access to many miles of well marked trails in the National Park and Roche Harbor trail systems. The Westcott Bay Oyster Company is a 10 minute walk from the house. There are steps down to your own private beach to enjoy the water and a gate that helps enclose the deer fence to protect the beautiful landscaping.

The spacious gourmet kitchen is furnished with everything you need to enjoy meals with family and friends. The dining room looks out to the water with gorgeous views of the sunset. The living area features a flat screen TV with access to Netflix and other smart TV options.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and two stuffed chairs where you can sit and read while enjoying the lovely water view and native landscape. The master bath has a soaking tub, spacious rain shower and vessel sink.

The 2nd bedroom (queen bed) and 3rd bedroom (two twin beds) both share a full bathroom with a rain shower.

Finish your day on the lovely cedar deck as you enjoy an outdoor barbecue dinner among friends. The seabirds and wildlife will be sure to ease you into the relaxing island lifestyle.

It is common for people to anchor out in this bay because it is well protected however, you should be knowledgeable of the tides as the shore can get muddy..

The house has high speed internet, good cell phone reception and washer and dryer.

    Our multi-generational family of 5 had a wonderful time in this stunning home. It was the perfect place for us to relax and spend time together. We enjoyed beach combing, trail running, star gazing, playing board games on the deck, visiting Roche harbor (minutes away by car) and going to the lavender farm. The house had everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. It is also one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever stayed in.

    Everything in the house was so clean, well stocked, and very pleasant! Great bathrooms and laundry room, the living area with dining space and kitchen was light, airy and wonderfully laid out to maximize the views of Westcott Bay and comfort; and the design of the kitchen was very well thought out and easy to use. As always, San Juan Property Management was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful.

    Our family absolutely loved the new home. The home was stocked with absolutely everything one could need. It really didn't seem like anybody had ever stayed at the house before and it was so clean and comfortable. The sunsets off the deck, walks on the beach and short distance to Roche Harbor made the house our ideal vacation rental. I can only say that you would be extremely pleased with the home and furnishings. We have stayed in so many rentals over the years and this was the top1% of all of the rentals we've been lucky enough to stay in. The price point is perfect.
