Neil Bay Hideaway is situated on little over an acre with views of Neil Bay and Spieden Island. Conveniently located in a short walk to the historic seaport town of Roche Harbor for fine restaurants, shopping and walking the docks or playing on the beach on the isthmus, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home has plenty of room for children to play and dogs to romp in the fenced backyard.

Nice open floor plan so families can be together while cooking in the kitchen, playing foosball in the game room or watching sports on the TV in the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped and with matching service and two extra upholstered folding chairs for added seats. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper. The owner tries to provide most spices you would need, along with olive oil, vinegar, etc. They even try to keep some coffee in stock.

The owners offer a wood burning stove in the recreation room and a fireplace in the living room. Wood is available at no charge on the property. Free internet and DIRECTV® is available. The master bedroom is a king with a full bath and TV, the guest room is a queen with full bath, and the game room has two solid wood bunk beds that can accommodate your children or adults.

Nearby activities include playing on the beach at the isthmus, swimming at the Roche Harbor pool for a nominal fee, taking a stroll through Roche Harbor’s sculpture park, kayaking, gin tasting, hiking nearby trails and parks, fishing, crabbing and exploring Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor.

During the warm island months, enjoy an evening dinner outside in the beautifully landscaped yard with the propane Weber BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor dining area. The fully fenced backyard is the perfect spot for your family pup to play or simply relax in the outdoor doghouse. The house is perfect for two couples, their family and dogs to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the quiet of the Neil Bay neighborhood.

Fire pits are not for guest use from May 1st-September 30th.

Only well trained dogs under 70 lbs please. You can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee. Dog and beach towels are provided in the home.

    We brought our 4 kids to Neil Bay Hideaway and had a fantastic time. The close proximity to the beach was wonderful and we walked to Roche Harbor as well. The house has every amenity of home making it so easy to transition everyone to. Loved the crab pots! We caught our first crab. Kids loved the foosball table as well and the kitchen with all needed cooking instruments (and grill!) made meal prep easy. The restaurant food on the island is a bit spendy, so that was a big plus for us. San Juan Property Management provided detailed communication and information. All around, a great experience and we look forward to returning one day!

    This is a beautiful home just a 10 minute walk from Roche Harbor and a 20 minute drive from Friday Harbor. Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights this past week and it was wonderful. Home is very comfortable with plenty of sleeping space and kitchen was very well appointed. We had trouble with wifi but property management company was incredibly persistent in working with us to solve the problem. Could see water from the front window and saw plenty of deer and fox throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here.
