Enjoy the view of Strait of Juan De Fuca in this southern facing home near American Camp National Park and South Beach. This is the perfect spot for a few friends or family to gather and relax in this nice and quiet neighborhood.

This newly remodeled and freshly furnished, two-story home boasts a large gourmet kitchen. It provides all the amenities necessary to prepare delicious meals, or to gather on the deck and enjoy a meal cooked over the gas BBQ.

The living space, master bedroom, kitchen and dining area are all on the top floor with great views of the water.
The open master bedroom has a comfy King bed, Futon couch, private deck, spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom which is prefect for two.

The downstairs opens up to the Media room where you'll find a large sectional couch, a leather sofa-bed, and the big screen TV. The pellet stove will keep you nice and toasty for a family movie night . Off the media room you will find two bedrooms: one is equipped with a set of Bunk Beds (an extra is mattress is provided as well), and the other has a Queen sized bed. At the end of the hall is the 3/4 bathroom.

Walk to local beaches or American Camp National Park from this perfectly located island home. A 5 minute drive from this property will take you to a local favorite spot, South Beach, where you will find County approved fire -pits for summer s'mores and barbequing.

This home does not have Air Conditioning. The breeze off the nearby ocean is more than adequate to cool the home on a warm day.
Not suitable to loud gatherings as this is a quiet neighborhood.
Cell Service is spotty at this property, however, the Wifi provided is strong enough to make calls on your personal cell.
This house has stairs to get to the main living area.

    We were overall happy with the rental, especially the location and view. The sunny southern exposure in the Northwest is worth the price of admission. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed the access to Netflix on the tv. One suggestion is to add some more items in the kitchen (bigger pots and pans, serving platters, etc.) so that guests can entertain. There were plates for 10 but the only way to do this without borrowing kitchenware (as we did) would be to order in. The refrigerator is also a weird design as the door does not easily close and bottles of wine must be stored in the drawers as they fly out of the doors. You might also consider a way to get access to HBO -- you do not need to pay for a subscription as most guests will have this, but there was no way to put this on the TV.
